Trust Mark is a Government backed scheme set up to give peace of mind when you need tradesmen to improve or repair your home. It’s a register of independently approved tradesmen such as builders, plumbers and electricians who are guaranteed to do a quality job on your home.

By being awarded the Trust Mark means R M Developments Ltd demonstrated that: 1.Technical competence in their particular trade checked by ‘on site’ assessments 2.That they offer clear details of the work being undertaken to include specification, materials to be used, price, payment method and timescale 3.Compliance with the law on health, safety and waste disposal issues 4.That the company is financially sound and has adequate public liability insurance 5.That the company offers assistance with building control issues 6.That they offer the opportunity to purchase insurance to cover ceasing to trade, defective workmanship. This insurance is provided, when payment forms part of the contract 7.That they have a functional complaints process backed up by a low cost complaints resolution service in the event of the contractor being unable to resolve the complaint satisfactorily
