Everyone has mentioned that it was a great visit, with the whole party impressed with the ease of access and efforts to accommodate them on site. All were impressed with the size of the building on the site and how little it was impacting the wider area. One or two were impressed that works were ongoing whilst the visit was in progress, noting that often that site visits are often used by contractors as an excuse for a protracted work break!

Tower block and Science labs are finished to very high standard and the teachers can’t wait to get back in them. So pleased to final use the space for learning after so long of being derelict.

A huge thank you for all your hard work, you’ve created a really special place for the children to learn.

The standard and construction of the property is excellent, RM Developments have taken their time with each property to ensure that they are built to a very high standard.

We have found it helpful that the site team have approached any challenges in a positive and pro-active manor working to resolve any emerging problems in a constructive and collaborative manor. Attention to detailing, specifically fire stopping which we understand is a business specialism has been noticed to be high quality.

It has been a very successful project, the end result is fantastic, Ward sister is over the moon, workmanship has been high and is noticeable in the finish. Thankyou RMD for delivering us a great space.
