Our Working Practices

R M Developments Ltd has carefully managed environmentally sensitive projects in conservation areas and undertaken resource saving projects to include installation of photovoltaic slates for electricity production, solar panels to heat water, wood pellet burning boiler systems and ground source heating.

Recent projects have included building new studios and office space at Krowji, a creative work hub in Redruth together with our new office development at United Downs according to Breeam excellent requirements. This has helped widen our knowledge and practical experience in resource efficiency and sustainability.
